At SHEGEBAG, we want you to love your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied, you may return your item within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange.
Return Conditions
- Items must be unused, unworn, and in original packaging with all tags attached.
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item is defective.
Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method via PayPal, Visa, or Mastercard. Please note that original shipping charges are non-refundable.
